Description

Tethral is a privacy-first AI platform that lets users seamlessly orchestrate and control all their smart home and IoT devices—without buying new hardware or surrendering their data. We’re six weeks from MVP launch and moving fast toward a seed round.

We’re not building another smart home dashboard. We’re building the interoperability and privacy layer for the next generation of connected environments.

What You’ll Do

  • 🎯 Design & run early growth experiments (landing pages, content loops, referral programs)
  • 🧭 Build and optimize onboarding funnels to drive activation
  • ✍️ Write and manage copy, social, email, blog, and in-app messaging
  • 📊 Set up and track core growth metrics (activation, retention, CAC, etc.)
  • 📣 Engage early users across communities, forums, and social channels
  • 📄 Help prep case studies and traction snapshots for investor outreach

You Might Be a Fit If You…

  • Have 2–5 years in growth or product marketing (bonus: B2C apps, privacy tools, IoT)
  • Are comfortable in ambiguity and want to own the growth function
  • Know how to drive early user traction on a lean budget
  • Can write crisp, compelling copy and content
  • Enjoy being close to the product and the user, not buried in layers of management
  • Have experience with analytics tools and basic marketing stacks

Bonus Points For

  • Experience with mobile app marketing or ASO
  • Familiarity with smart home users and privacy-conscious communities
  • Comfortable creating light visuals or using no-code tools

Compensation

  • Equity: ~1.0–1.5%, vesting over 4 years
  • Pre-seed stipend: Modest cash or milestone-based bonuses possible
  • Post-seed salary: ~$100K–130K/year (depending on location/experience)
  • Milestone-based rewards tied to traction (e.g. DAUs, waitlist conversions)
